Conditions for Returning or Exchanging an Item:

General Instructions:

  • If a product has a technical defect and/or a confirmed visual defect, it can be returned within 3 calendar days of purchase.

  • The same return and exchange policies that apply in a specific store also apply to items sold on shentvis.ge.
  • To initiate the return process, you must notify shentvis.ge's customer service and provide identifiable information about the product, including the order number, delivery date, and proof of transaction (payment).

If the item has a visual defect upon opening (immediately after taking it out of the box):

  • Take photos of the visual defect.
  • Contact shentvis.ge within 3 calendar days of purchase and provide photo evidence, order details, and a detailed description of the defect.

If a factory defect is discovered within 3 calendar days of purchase (not functioning):

  • The defective item must be presented within this timeframe to the service center that serves the seller store.
  • If a factory defect is confirmed, the item will be replaced according to the seller’s company policies.
  • Item replacement is only allowed if it is in complete packaging, meaning the box and all accessories must be kept.

The return/exchange process can also be initiated if:

  • The delivered item does not match the product specifications in the order.
  • The item was damaged during delivery (external damage).

Transportation Costs for Returns/Exchanges:

  • The delivered item does not match the product specifications in the order.
  • The item was damaged during delivery (external damage).
  • A technical defect or visual defect is confirmed.
